Unite Students, in partnership with Durham University, would like to enhance the existing student campus facilities at Rushford Court on North Road in Durham. Our plans include a new two-storey building, designed to sink into the grass embankment, which will provide social and communal space for students.  The proposals form part of larger plans that will see the site become a Durham University college campus.

In the coming months, a planning application for the campus improvements will be submitted to Durham County Council. However, before that happens, we would like to know what members of the local community think about the plans.
